The Japan Backgammon Society (abbreviated as “JBS”) is the largest organization in Japan established to promote backgammon in Japan. We are engaged in a wide range of activities, including holding various tournaments and meetings such as backgammon festivals, promoting the game in various places, developing young players, sending players to overseas tournaments, publishing the newsletter “JBS News”, and disseminating information on the web.
The activities of the Society are operated by the membership fees of JBS members. We ask for your cooperation in order to further expand the scope of our activities and contribute to the spread and awareness of backgammon in Japan.
